Possible Success!
Looks like finally someone gives a damn about the state of those cats. Tomorrow, hopefully, if he can be located he will be persuaded to give them up. It is, as I have always thought a matter of abuse and neglect (intentional or not) it is still abuse. An investigator is on it now after a lengthy talk with me last night. I just pray the man can be found. He was last seen by “spotters” in a town several miles from me. I also hope his cats won’t be put to sleep, but if they are diseased they probably will be.
The alarm comes as well with as many cats in the bottom carrier as our weather gets warmer, they will all die from exposure. It’s such a sad situation any way you look at it.
