Glory Be!

Late tonight, Glory went to her forever home! She walked into this home as if she owned the joint, the crying baby didn’t even faze her. She strutted around the living room with her tail at full mast and her patterned coat set off the decor in fine style! She has a loving husband and wife and a small baby who will grow up with her and learn all about a cat’s undying love. I am thrilled for her and I couldn’t have custom-ordered a more purrfect place for her to be! To God be the Glory!

  1. This is why I do what I do. When I see these beautiful animals brought back from God knows what type of trauma and am able to place them in loving homes it brings such a joy to my heart. I was heartbroken to be so wrong about Fog’s placement and seriously considered for a few days not doing this anymore. I was a bit gun-shy about putting another cat into a home, but this morning, I went to the new owner’s FB page and it is plastered with photos of Glory!

I may get overwhelmed with staggering vet debt and emotionally drained from the demands of my time in the day with all these cats, but that moment, that “ah ha” moment that this cat was destined to be with certain special folks- makes all the heartache and worry about finances worth every penny.

  2. You deserve to have some good news for a change. Don’t blame yourself about sweet Fog, he was sick and he spent his last days with you. That is what counts.

  3. OMG! I got scared. I thought you had another sad story about losing another kitty! Phew thank god, you did lose a baby, but in a good way!
