I just know that it is a new technology applied to roofs in the last ten or so years. It is the same type of material they use to line swimming pools. The company we worked with was kind enough to take payments which in itself was a miracle! I think the owner is a cat lover because he couldn't seem to leave the inside of the enclosure after the work was done! LOL Good luck with your enclosure and bless you for caring for the strays.
