Cheryl,

I went through a local roofing company and I have no idea what this type of roof is called. I just know that it is a new technology applied to roofs in the last ten or so years. It is the same type of material they use to line swimming pools. The company we worked with was kind enough to take payments which in itself was a miracle! I think the owner is a cat lover because he couldn't seem to leave the inside of the enclosure after the work was done! LOL

Good luck with your enclosure and bless you for caring for the strays.

I am looking for information on the roof you have used in your enclosure 2. I am getting ready to build an enclosure and that roof would be perfect what is the material called.

Thank you for your time and attention

A VERY BLESSED 2010 to you and Mike and the whole clowder. Your blog is an important part of my life! I've always loved stray people and stray animals. Perhaps this is one reason why there are 3 precious kitties and one wonderful dog in our home, as well as two miracle sons who became part of our family from an orphanage in Russia. God is so good!
