Here is Bristol after her lion shave. She also has a bruised paw and is now terrified of the cat carrier. She shot out of that carrier so fast you would have thought she was a launched missle! The good news is nothing nasty was hiding underneath all of her massive mats!
Thanks to all of you who allowed this transformation to happen. She seems a lot happier now!

What a large, furry head! One of my foster-cats, Rachael, had the same transformation, and for the same reason. Bristol looks quite lean now, but is undoubtedly feeling better.
