Kodie is recovering
She isn’t doing as well as I want her to, but I don’t actually want her to be in this type of situation in the first place. There is a lot of drainage and she was cleaning up after herself with the ick trapped in her ecollar- so I decided I would pad her e-collar with puppy pads to trap the gunk. It is working pretty well, and she isn’t getting sick anymore from the stuff she was licking up.
Poor girl- I still want to beat that man soundly about his head neck and legs and put him in a world of hurt for what he did to her. She looks like a frankenstein puppy right now with all the sutures- Her drain comes out in two weeks- it is going to be a long two weeks

Poor Kodie! Maybe you should take some pictures of her in this condition and send them to the family that caused this.

I know I am evil, but I did that the other day. I hope he remembers the photo for a very long time.

I don’t think that is evil at all. As the saying goes: a picture is worth a thousand words (or something like that–my husband says I’m always gettting sayings wrong!). It might just be a wake-up call to see that their actions did actually have a serious and hurtful consequence.
