Yesterday, we took in yet another cat- the last one for the year. She is a really sweet mack tabby and I just got back from the vet where I took her to be scanned for a microchip (I know a long-shot) and to see if she has a spay scar or is pregnant. She has a chip! It traces back to a humane shelter in another county and I am just waiting for the noon hour to call them and find out where her owner is located and return her back to her rightful owner (if they still want her) In the past, sometimes when they are chipped, we find out the owner no longer is interested in them. I think in this case, she would have to be returned to the shelter which is a shame because right now they are over the limit in cats and kittens. But hopefully, her owner will be found and there will be a sweet reunion at the end of the day. I will let you know. We found her in the fog so we call her Misty.
